Sterling Oil Exploration & Energy Production Company Limited (SEEPCO) is currently seeking qualified candidates for a recruiter position in Nigeria. Since 2011, SEEPCO has been producing the Okwuibome (OKW) Blend of crude oil, recognized by the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) as a high-grade crude oil. The company’s operations span across North America, Europe, Asia, South Africa, and Australia, known for exporting its low sulfur and sweet crude oil.
Who Should Apply?
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field. An MBA in Human Resources or a similar qualification is an added advantage.
- Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants.
- Proven experience in screening candidates, compiling shortlists, and conducting interviews.
- Proficiency in documenting processes and staying updated with industry trends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in the oil and gas industry, construction, engineering, terminal, shipping, or related fields.
- 5-10 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition specialist.
- Additional HR Professional certifications are advantageous.
- Ability to work with internal departments to develop hiring strategies and profiles.
