UNIMAID Announces Online Screening for 2024/2025 Admission
The University of Maiduguri (UNIMAID) has announced the commencement of its online screening process for the 2024/2025 academic session. This is for candidates who applied to UNIMAID and have achieved a UTME score of 140 or above, as well as those with the required academic qualifications for Direct Entry (DE).
To participate, candidates must follow these steps:
- Visit the UNIMAID Post UTME website at www.putme.unimaid.edu.ng.
- Log in using your UTME number as both the username and password (note that these are case sensitive).
- Provide a valid and accessible email address or Gmail account and phone number, then click on “Process Payment.”
- You will be redirected to Remita to complete the payment.
- For card payments, an OTP will be sent to your phone and email, which you will use to finalize the payment. For bank payments, print the invoice slip with the RRR and make payment at your bank.
- Upon successful payment by card, you will be redirected to your dashboard.
- Complete and verify your O’level, JAMB, or A’level results for DE.
- Review and ensure all details are correct before submitting your application.
- Note that there will be no physical screening; candidates will be notified via CAPS once the admission list is released.
The portal for the online screening will be open from February 28, 2024, to April 4, 2024. Candidates are required to pay a screening fee of ₦2,000, which includes bank charges.
