The Academic staff union of University (ASUU) declare a 1 month warning strike.
The strike which will effect from today 14/02/2022 to 14/03/2022.
The union says the will not suspended the strike until there demand are meet.
They says federal government refuse to fulfil the promises they take,
About IPPS, unpaid some they member and refusal of payment for Universities renovation etc
The union says the government doesn’t care the student condition of student no available halls, no practical insurement, no available books in library and so on,
The union says if the federal government doesn’t not fulfil there demand after 4 weeks the strike will continue as indefinite Nationwide strike.
